'We booked the queen bed condo, but upon arrival we've found the bed so small (it really is!) we asked for a king bed. Because this is not a regular hotel but one with privately owned condo's we had to pay a lot for an upgrade. 'the house was perfect and a cooks dream in the Kitchen fully stocked. YOu can see the ocean even with the new homes built across the street. Bikes and beach chairs OH MY!! My son had his friends for dinner after graduation and everyone was impressed. 'Small but nice. The weather was perfect! The kitchen was nice. The door to our unit was hard to lock and unlock with the keypad. The door kept popping open. The bedroom sheer curtains were useless keeping light out of the room for sleeping. I didn't like the access to the bathroom as we had an adult daughter with us, having to come thru our bedroom at night to go to the bathroom. Would be perfect for college kids.'

'Pro: loved the updated modern furniture, appliances, tile - beds were clean & comfortable - no visible mold or mildew - easy drive to the beach that was very pleasant despite the damage from hurricane Ian Cons: would have liked to had a heads up about the yet unrepaired damage from the hurricane, the destruction & debris would not have been a shock that made for a bad first impression - no sidewalk to door, had to drag luggage through sand and rocks - outside needs some TLC - there was a dust...

'This was a wonderful place to stay, overall no complaints. some things eould have been good to know ahead of time for example we went for 7 days, there no spices available in the kitchen, that is chocker block full of dishes. the condo is located on the beach, but no broom and dustpan.. small things like that would have been helpful to know and have Small Amounts of soap and shampoo dishwasher pods (2). These are only small things. But would have been helpful to know to better prepare....

'This place was beautiful and if you’re lucky enough to be there when the owner is there, it’s top notch. Karen is incredibly gracious and makes you feel right at home. She told us all of the fabulous places to eat at and see, as well as sharing stories about Hurricane Ian’s devastation. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and the weather was perfection!'
