'This was a wonderful place to stay, overall no complaints. some things eould have been good to know ahead of time for example we went for 7 days, there no spices available in the kitchen, that is chocker block full of dishes. the condo is located on the beach, but no broom and dustpan.. small things like that would have been helpful to know and have Small Amounts of soap and shampoo dishwasher pods (2). These are only small things. But would have been helpful to know to better prepare....

'Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. 'We booked the queen bed condo, but upon arrival we've found the bed so small (it really is!) we asked for a king bed. Because this is not a regular hotel but one with privately owned condo's we had to pay a lot for an upgrade. 'The property was centrally located to multiple areas we wanted to see. It was quiet and easy to get on and off the property to the main road. There was no beach access but it was very close to the lovers key beach access. Not walkable but an easy drive. You definitely need to have a car. You couldn’t walk to anyplace accept Flippers restaurant, which always had at least an hour wait. '

'I usually stay beachfront, but I will now stay here with my family!! Everything is brand new. Some units connect via the laundry center, so family can walk between each unit without going outside! Love the decor! Kids loved the bikes & rode all over. Even though you have to walk a bit to the beach it’s not that bad & they had backpack chairs. I could go on & on, but FABULOUS!!'
