'The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.'

'Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan'

'Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience. '

'Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections'

'The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.'

'We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai.
