'The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.'

'Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections'

Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. 'I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out.
