'We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. 'The cabin, property and pond have several highlights. The cabin is located on a very quiet road which we found very pleasant. Nice walks up the road with our children. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. There were kayaks and a canoe to use. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed ourselves with those. Large lawn and firepit along with table. The kitchen...

'Jonathan's property on Sand Pond is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location had a wonderful remote feel to it, although it was only a short drive to the adorable town of Norway. We highly recommend a stay at this property'

'The house is so beautiful, clean and spacious. Listing is accurate but the pictures do do it justice. The place is stunning and quiet. The association pool was very well kept. My husband loved kayaking in the lake. It is definietly set in the country but that what exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to both storyland and our family in Bridgton so it was the perfect spot for us. Thanks for a great stay. We are already looking to stay for future dates!'

'We arrived when electric crews were restoring service to everyone, and when the generators stopped, the sounds of loons and ducks took over. The property is adorable, you are literally 2 steps from the water. We couldn't stop watching the ducks, different birds, a heron parade down the cove. It was also the perfect location to watch the solar eclipse, privately, quietly. The beds were so comfortable, the wood stove took the chill out of the main room, the quiet was just right.
