KAT had fresh baked chocolate cookies which were a nice touch at check in. Breakfast was good, hot and ready in the morning.

I will never stay there again in life!!
I feel as if I'm due a refund. Day 1 I spoke with the manager because I called before coming and asked if there was a wall between bed and sofa and they said yes. When I arrived, they had a curtain. There was a big roach in the room upon arrival. There was no blanket, and they used a bed skirt for the blanket. I was very disappointed with this hotel. It was very outdated. I have stayed at several Home2 Suites in different states and it was up to date and immaculate. My stay was very uncomfortable. The shades wouldn't go up and the dull lighting kept the room dark. The sofa looks too old and dirty to sit on.

I enjoyed my stay and everything was great from the front desk service to the free breakfast and the convenience to everything was awesome, the highway was very close

Our room was horrible. The room smelled like a dirty mop had been used while "cleaning". The shades at all 3 windows were broken and would not go all the way down. Light from neighboring businesses came in all night. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in the bathroom. The towels were paper thin. The refrigerator had hair in it (it obviously had not been wiped out). The foyer light would not go off at all. The tv remote only worked when standing in front of the tv (not from the bed).

Breakfast items were not replenished. Members of our party had to ask to have coffee, juice, and waffle batter refilled. Someone else had to ask for grapes to be replenished. Attendant was seated at a table talking to guests.

I liked the gym and the laundry being so close. It made working out convenient. The pool was out of service 2 of the 3 days we were there.

Not up to par with their other locations
I would really like to give a good review be because i like the Home2 brand. All other locations gave been fresh, modern and clean. However, i believe this location was converted from and older hotel and felt old and worn. Lobby was cluttered and dirty. Room had subtle wear and tear. Bathroom sliding door broken. Exterior door broken. Would not stay here again.

I arrived after 6:30pm and had to wait 45 minutes for staff to clean my room. I also had no towels, I called the desk and was told to "come down stairs and get them."

The room is very comfortable and spacious. But whoever was meant to clean the room left a dirty rug, the remote was greasy, the ottoman has something spilled on it.

Home 2 Home was our go to hotel before COVID, and now it’s not as clean, no room service even after asking for clean towels and having the trash removed. My wife and I are No happy with the room and service at all, we will not stay there again.

Friendly staff who communicated well, but the room needed a little renovation. The sliding bathroom door kept getting stuck, there were stains all over the carpet and couch, and we were missing pillows and towels.

We had a reservation for 2 nights in this hotel. Check in was at 3 PM. Our rooms were not ready and not available and no time when they would be. We came back at about 6:30 and same things rooms weren't cleaned and not sure when they would be. Then gave us one room; when we opened it someone else's things were in the room! Went back downstairs, and told again no rooms didn't know when. At 7 PM my husband got us rooms next-door we had had enough!

Hilton Neglect Property
This is a Hilton property that needs a lot of restoration the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. They all seems to like working at this property. Hilton, parent company, has severely allowed this property to be neglected. All the rooms needs to be restored - from the bathrooms, the carpeting in the entire hotel, mattresses, bed comforters, linens, bath towels the doors to each of the rooms. The elevators. The ceilings. The outdoor pool area. The entire property needs millions to bring it back to standard. Hilton is a billion dollar enterprise. As a customer I do not know the channels for this property to receive the necessary funding. This property is typically booked. I think primarily due to the staff. The aesthetics have allowed to be faltered. I spoke with staff that stated the property needed at a minimum of 4 million to bring it up to standard.

Had to change rooms after checking. First one didn’t have light in bath. Second one without remote, blinds don’t go down. Poor quality linen. Noisy on 4th floor. Don’t remember a worse nights sleep.

There was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet had urine stains and hair around the rim. The staff were friendly and brought us what little soap they had and cleaned the toilet. The rest of the room was clean. The pool was very dirty and appeared to have something growing in the bottom of it. The staff gave us 2 free waters and took $10 off the bill for are inconvenience. Overall not a terrible place but I wouldn't stay there again.

Not safe
My hotel stay was not good. I am not sure if my hotel was safe and cleaned. The carpet was dirty, there was an open drink and expired slimming drinks in the fridge, lamp missing a light and hair in the shower. In addition, our room was not cleaned and no cleaned towels between our visit. We were told that you had do a housecleaning request 5 days prior to our arrival. This is not posted on hotel.com website nor were we told during check-in. My biggest disappointment was the one bedroom Hotels.com allowed me to book and upon arrival the desk clerk tells me that this hotel only have studios. I don't mind paying for a nice hotel room, but I don't want to pay the price of a a 3 star hotel and get a -1 star hotel. This hotel really needs to be checked before someone get sick because they are not doing what the CDC recommend to be open.

Overall, I enjoyed it. I usually stay im Hilton hotels so as far as the Hilton standard, the hotel needs a little improvement in the area of presentation. The first floor was impeccable (clean, modern etc). Hallways of rooms were dirty (stains on carpet and walls, moldy appearing vents). My room was okay. Hardware in the bathroom were broken or missing. Bed was comfortable but sheets couldve been cleaner. Service was excellent. Staff were friendly.

Room not ready until 1AM, disappointed
We got to the hotel pretty late, around 10pm, when we arrived we were told the room is not ready and had two people in front of us, the room was not ready until 1AM, very disappointed and was exhausted. We also had to park across the street because there was not enough parking. Room was clean though and comfy. Tried to get a late checkout and got 30 min, asked for a 1pm check-out, gave us 11:30. Doubt we stay at this location again.
