House keeping kept coming to my door at 9am in the morning when I told them I work 3rd shift if I need any assistance I’ll call the office to let them know kept opening my door all the way open letting flies in kept checking my room for guest or smoking I honestly felt racially profiled… every time anyone of my family came to deliver food they come out and yell no guest said I can’t have no one pull up in. They parking lot gave me one big towel and one small knowing it was 5 people in the room ( and the towels was dirty) it’s was just a totally disgusting mess will not book again

Within 2 hours of being there my eyes started swelling and I couldn’t breath, went somewhere else and after an hour of being gone I could breath again

NASTY HOTEL!!
It was the most disgusting room I have ever walked into. We checked in after the races were over, went to eat, then came back and went to the room. After walking in and checking everything we left and found a new hotel!! We turned the key right back in. I had a baby with me and I was so livid I almost called the health department because no one should have to pay and have to sleep in a room like that! The pillows were yellow, black stuff on the lamp shade, the chair was covered in nastiness, the beds were filled with stains, bugs, debris, holes burned in the blanket from a cigarette, and there was a hole cut out of the wall in the shower! Garbage piled up on the balcony and the people in the room beside up was obnoxiously loud and running up and down the hallways, yelling, partying, or whatever they were doing.

The guy that runs the place was very rude to me and my friend me and my girlfriend and her friend stay in the room together the next morning we leave before my gf friend left we get a phone call from her friend saying the guy came to our room after we left and was very rude to her telling her it was not her room for her to leave so we tried calling the office nobody would answer for us the room was terrible the air conditioner did not work right it blowed out hot air the refrigerator did not work the TV was broke off the wall the smoke detector did not work and had no battery in it there was no iron in the room and no chairs or anything to sit in just a bed I was very unhappy with the way the room was and for the manager the guy that runs the place being very rude to us that is one place I will not ever go back to

It was a dirty place . Outdated,bed was hard as a rock. There was nothing comfortable about this place I was was up everytime I heard a noice to make sure my trucks were still there and not stolen.

I never got to check in. I also canceled the reservation 56 minutes after the check in time and was charged for 1 night. The owner wanted an additional $45 at check-in. She was rude and hateful. She kept screaming at us. I will never stay there and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Picture was deceiving. No coffee maker, no table, no chair. While room did had new flooring and fresh paint, the bathroom was not very clean. Pillow cases dingy. Way overpriced. Would not recommend this place.

Avoid this place.
They charged $15 for my dog and said I could only have a smoking room. The shocker was that there was no ceiling tile over the shower and I had a lovely view of the upstairs drain plumbing while showering. I got out of there as soon as possible.

Very awful smell full of cigs when we were reserved for non-Smoking room. That room floor is very sticky white stained look like they didn’t clean up well on floor and no CC on tv and blanket have some holes and no sheet onlt blanket and shower is dirty not 100-% clean we disappointed waste $60 for one night not happy there

I did not like nothing during my present while I was there the room was very nasty does sheets had blood on it the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling behind the air conditioner in the corner there was a hole there were trimming had been removed and not replaced the lady in the front she was very very unfit for a customer service position she had a very ugly attitude I will never ever stay there again and as for me recommending anyone to stay there it'll be never and I will spread the word on social media

Bed bugs and other bugs dirty sheets
Bugs. Bed bugs, dirty sheets and worm Like bugs on bed. This was one of the worst hotel. I was sleeping good until I felt something crawling on my face I jump up and look on bed. There was a bed bug on pillow. I put it in bottle took to front desk and showed the lady. She tried to offer me 2 sodas for being bit by bedbug. My forehead swelling from bites mark. I told her the room had bed bugs. There's no refund policy tape to window. So I ask for another room. She said she give me another room if I throw bottle away. She walked back with me to room and made sure I throw bottle away. Then check mattress and said see no bed bug. I point to my head. Since it was a double bed she ask can I sleep on other bed. I said No I prefer a new room. She hesitantly gave me the key card as I gather belonging. The next room I check mattress before getting in the bed. Nothing. I felt icky so I took another shower then was about to sit on bed. When I saw a white small worm like crawling on blanket. I check other bed and sheets was nasty looking. I got my stuff and left at 3am drove home and lost 68.00 for the hotel. I didn't feel like playing musical rooms and guess what bug will greet me. Never staying here again no stars. 👎 👎 👎.
