'We loved the open floor plan and all of the space at the house. The kitchen was big enough for five of us to work in at once! We enjoyed the hot tub, even during the rain. The location is excellent. It was easy to find, which isn't always the case in Volcano. It's very close to the park. We have already recommended it to friends and would definitely stay again.'

'We were very impressed with everything about Fern Cottage from Matt’s instructions to the property itself. I have stayed in a number of rental properties but I have never seen the thoughtfulness I found here. Kitchen drawers were labeled. Individual heaters in the bedrooms as well as heated mattress pads.
