'A gem very close ( walking distance) to downtown Breckenridge. Neat, nice lounge where you can fix your own breakfast (none is provided, but plates, cups and glasses and outmeal and hot water are provided). Nice balcony with a view on the mountains and supersize kingsize bed. A perfect stay!'

'I'd recommend the Grand @ Peak 8 to any family or persons that just want to ski and have a good time. The people that work here are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make certain that you're happy. What more can you ask...'

'We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again.'

'The property is in a great location and everything about the property is great except a few little details. The ceiling fans haven’t been cleaned in a while and in the bathroom with the washer and dryer there is a musty smell somewhere in that bathroom. I would stay there again because of location and floor plan of the unit. The property manager responded to issues in a very timely manner.'

'Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car.'

'It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm.'

'We had a great stay at Pine Ridge and 5 great days of skiing at Breck. The house is quite comfortable and roomy with a great open floor plan between kitchen, living room, and dining area. We found the beds to be equally as comfortable with foam mattresses. The location is perfect for access to town and the slopes. That said, I would not classify it as ski-in/ski-out. It is definitely a ski-in house as the 4 O'Clock run brings you just feet from the entrance and is clearly marked with a sign on...

'The unit was nice, and the location was great. Close to skiing and walking distance to downtown. The carpet was kind of dirty and there were some greasy/dirty dishes when we arrived but overall the stay was very good. We would stay here again.'

'Great unit and good stay overall, just wish we had a better response from the management company on an issue noted below. This unit has a nice layout, with a bedroom/bathroom on either side of the entrance hallway, and a good sized living room/kitchen/dining area in the back half of the unit. Bedrooms have lots of storage and use space really well, and separation of bathroom/shower areas provided good privacy. Beds were fine, with extra blankets available in the closets. Plenty of nice bath...

'Honestly the pictures don't do the property justice. The views are breath-taking in any direction you look. The walk to town is two minutes away and couldn't be more convenient. The condo was well stocked w/ every essential and more. Jeff and Connie were available immediately and had a solution in an instant when I realized I forgot to print our parking pass. My family and I couldn't be more pleased w/ our decision to stay here and would love to come back again.'
