The staff are awesome and friendly. The facility is clean, the room was clean. I have have here before and given it five stars. I would give five stars except there were issues in the bathroom. Their remodeling contractor installed the shower kit on a pitch. So all the water that hit the top of the tub while showering would run out into the main floor area. The first time I showered it soaked the little towel they give us to step on. Standing in the shower you can feel the pitch of the tub.

Room 309 the smell was terrible. Even the housekeeper agreed. She can in to spray some Meyers cleaning spray in the air conditioner vent and when I asked for another room the hotel staff mentioned it was no available rooms. Thank god we only was able to stay one night because we had a family emergency back home.

I have traveled to third world countries and have not been so scared to stay in this place. There is no sound proofing. The people above me yelled, had kids jumping onto the floor. By 9;30 pm it was quiet, but two hours later yelling through out the early morning. I got 3 1/2 hours of sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never given a bad rating, but for the first time in my life I felt afraid.

This property is a good example of putting lipstick on a pig: fresh paint and floor coverings but otherwise deferred maintenance. Toilet flushed sometimes, I had to remove the tank cover and mess with it. Treadmill did not work, neither did the TV in the exercise room. No butter or peanut butter at breakfast. As we were leaving our room a big daddy long legs went crawling up the wall behind the TV. It was a cheap room and we got what we paid for. The bed was comfortable, that’s about it.

I liked my stay. It was quiet, and convenient close the airport about 7 min in a good part of town. My room I had no issues at all it was very clean. The staff was a little short spoken when i arrived, but I understand not everyone is going to be as social as me.. Waffle House, subway across the street. Gas stations on both sides. I door dashed some food from what I can remember there was options close by. Basics McDonald’s , Wendy’s etc. plus they have breakfast which wasn’t bad at all. Fruits, bread/ bagels, cereal, muffins, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee.. I mean you have done good options.. You can’t go bad with the pricing.. overall I’d definitely come back for sure thank you for the quiet stay!

I couldn’t sleep all night people next door had a party all night long! I call front desk at 2 am asking them to check on that the person at the front desk started telling me for me to go outside and tell them. Party ended at 5:30 am I do not recommend this hotel
