'We LOVED our 3 night stay at this property. We were there celebrating my husband's birthday with friends and family and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home has everything you could need to cook and share a meal. I made guacamole one evening and went looking the the kitchen drawers for a lemon/lime juicer and found one! Was not expecting the property to be so well stocked, but it was definitely appreciated by everyone. The home was clean and comfortable and tucked away...

'The Farmhouse is beautiful! We were impressed with the space and how perfectly it was organized for our group. It was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not have much awake time to spend at the Farmhouse. Time and weather did not allow us to take full advantage of the outside area, but it was quite welcoming.'

'Beautiful old house with modern amenities. My kids loved seeing the chickens and horses and a friendly cat was waiting for us outside every morning. The hosts are friendly and their home is on the same piece of property so they were there to welcome us and answer some questions when we were admiring the horses in the "meadow." Not a complaint, but be warned, it's an old house, so there aren't many outlets in the bedrooms, you might want a few power strips with long cords if you want a phone...

'The farmhouse on Sugar Lake is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with stunning views of a tranquil glacial lake. The large deck had ample comfortable seating to enjoy the birds and wildlife. This home felt like an oasis from the stresses of daily life, encouraging you to disconnect, slow down, and relax.
