'We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

'Apartment is funky, whimsical decor that we loved. Owner was very helpful with restaurants and it is 5 minute walk from the city center. Do be aware that it is a strong uphill climb from the nearest parking and that the steps to the unit are steep. It was extremely helpful to have the use of a washer and dryer for a mid trip clothing refresh. 'The apartment is big, light-filled and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the pool is huge and even has a water feature. The grounds are beautiful, with seating areas everywhere. But the best experience was our hostess, Valentina. She's warm and welcoming and so accessible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.'

'We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

Zia Manos met us when we got lost upon arrival and directed us to the location and even helped us with our luggage.
