'My experience and stay were amazing. The place was spotless clean. The entire stay and process was seamless. It had everything I needed, very comfortable and made my trip really incredible. The location was awesome and the building and amenities were as well. The only thing I can say as room for improvement is that the cookware - specifically the frying pans were so bad I was unable to cook on them and went to purchase my own so I could cook my meals. Easy fix 😄 Everything else was perfect!...

'Luxury in a studio! Everything we needed was already there, if not, Krissy was 1text or 1call away. 'Lake View Apartment on Lake Wylie is a wonderful rental. In the lead up to our trip from Oregon we had some adversity and reached our to James and he was extremely prompt and considerate in text and phone conversations. The location and amenities on the gated property were many. Firepit time next to the lake was spectacular. We paid extra for an awesome pontoon cruise and would schedule a cruise again. The apartment has what we needed to dine in and save but many options close by for eating out....

'This small condo was perfect for our short 2-night stay in Charlotte. Good location for concert venues we attended at Knight theater and Visulite Theater. Kitchen equipment was limited (no wine glasses, just 2 bowls, a few plates,etc) which didn’t bother us bc we ate out, but could be a problem for an extended stay. The video link to get in the parking lot, elevator and unit was a lifesaver - be sure to view it or entry could be an issue. Nice, clean condo fit our needs.'
