Once I got into the house to turn the outside lights on, we found that the front porch light was burnt out and the back porch lighting was very poor. I messaged Sara about the front porch light and she messaged back immediately “I’ll send someone over to change the front porch light, sorry about that.”The next night we came back and no light. Plus, getting growth off of structure would make more appealing. The door had been kicked in at some point. This set the tone. Previous reviews did not tell the story. Bathroom floor is rotted and caving in. No amenities like previous reviews. No soap in bathroom and nothing to clean dishes with. Looked for dust pan for dirt we swept but no dice....

'We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild. This property is very conveniently located right near Atrium Health Union West and it served as a wonderful place for us to come and go to the hospital as needed. Pet friendly home without any pet smells. Our fur baby was happy. The home has a lot of charm from the post WWII era but great modern upgrades.
