'We spent two weeks in the house overlooking the bay and had a wonderful time. The house is beatifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, much bigger that we thought from the photos. The view from the living room is superb, but so are views from the many other spots were you can sit and enjoy the surrounding nature. Then of course a wonderfult pool immersed in the Elba forest. 'Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto.'

'Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. 'Our entire family, grand-parents, kids and grandchildren stayed in this marvelous villa for a week and enjoyed the beautiful view over the bay of Porto Azzurro, the refreshing swimming pool, and the green surroundings. 'This place easily outdid our already elevated expectations. The house itself is spacious and comfortable for six guests (4 adults, 2 children aged 9 and 12). Its architecture is very special: one is always in close contact with its surrounding garden and park (laid out in a japanish style), because of the large window area while moreover almost all walls can be opened. 'Die Villa ist nett eingerichtet und liegt alleinstehend auf einem abgetrennten Grundstück. Der Garten ist groß mit genug Schatten, aber steinig. Der Check-in Prozess läuft völlig digital und reibungslos ab. Der kleine Strand am Meer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und durch die Bucht ist das Meer auch sehr ruhig ohne größere Wellen. Leider gab es viele Mücken und wir wollten uns deshalb kaum draußen aufhalten. Dennoch haben wir die Zeit dort genossen.'

'The last 300 m road to the house is very bumpy ( more like a 4 WD track)- on the last ramp to the house the bike trailer screached and was demanged. The temperatur in the house was 15°C and when we swichted on the heating the main rediator was leaking and couldn't be used anymore - either heating or hot water isworking - one night we didn't have hot water (alter all day biking) next evening we had 16°C inside and rain outside and the heating started only at 10 PM Unfortunaly the house keeper...

'Es ist ein schönes Haus mit super Aussicht und ganz dicht am historischen Ortskern. Wir saßen gerne auf der Terrasse, schlenderten durch den netten Ort und fuhren zu den schönen Badebuchten, die auch im Herbst noch zum Baden einladen. Tagsüber hört man auf der Terrasse die Straße, was uns nicht gestört hat.'

'Nous sommes très déçues de cette location. La route juste en contrebas de la maison génére une nuisance importante, le trafic est incessant.... Aucun produit à disposition pour se prémunir des fourmis envahissantes malgré les précautions prises. Dommage la maison est bien aménagée et sympathique.'
