'We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. We have never met more friendly people working at a hotel, every single person was so accommodating and made you feel welcome. We stayed in a king bed room and it was extremely clean and spacious. 'The staff was courteous and friendly ~ the room decor was eclectic and lovely. The room was spotlessly clean. Overall I had a great experience. My only complaint was that the hallways are quite dimly lit ~ I would have preferred a little more light.'

'Incredible and personalized check in experience with Holly. She made us feel incredibly welcomed for our first visit to Pittsburgh. Room was spacious and clean, parking was easy and close to the entrance.'

'Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. Will definitely stay there again!'

'Zeer ruime en compleet ingerichte kamers, dichtbij restaurants en winkels. De ontbijtfaciliteit was standaard, niet speciaal, maar wel afdoende. Alleen betaald parkeren, maar wel overdekt. Qua locatie was het voor ons erg centraal naar attracties en winkelcentra. '

'Accommodations were good. Spacious room for 6 people. Amenities were also good free breakfast, no restaurant for dinner though but many to choose from on the strip. Only draw back only one car parking for reservation. Would recommend '
