'Great location, clean, wait staff in the restaurants are lovely and friendly. Great having taxis outside the hotel. Staff in the Cinnamon bar could be more friendly towards customers. Some consistency with cocktails and food coming out of the kitchen would be good (eg. jerk pasta was very different the two times I had it- had it again as it was so nice the first time). All in all a great place to stay and would stay here again. '

'The hotel was great. We had a lovely room with very comfortable beds, a great gym and an amazing staff. Especially Melissa who welcomed us with a big smile every day at breakfast and Sherèda who left really nice notes, whishing us a great day, after cleaning our room. '

'Friendly staff. Customer service is hard to get in Trinidad, but no complaints here. Good location. Parking is included should you come by car.'
