'The house is adorable! Only issue that wasn’t even an issue really was the uncertainty of knowing if we were in the front residence or back residence when we arrived. Parking for the back property in in between the two houses. Jen was great to answer questions quickly that we had prior to our stay.'

'The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with.'

'Needs a lot of updates done on the inside. Ceiling was falling down, couch was broken, pots and pans were gross looking and very damaged, and the kitchen had a moldy smell.'

'Location was awesome, very close to the beach, and boardwalk. The Parking was great even for larger vehicles. The deck was great, we spent much of our time there when we had to be in the unit. We new upfront this was your typical outdated beach house and we were not expecting the Ritz, we thought we knew what to expect, however, it was just plain dirty, actually unsanitary. We spent the first couple hours of our vacation trying to clean it up enough to a point where we thought we could stick it...

'Had such a great time staying at Gary’s place for a month in October. Hampton beach was amazing in the offseason and the place itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I. Everything you need and plenty of room in this spot and the neighborhood itself is the best (really close to everything but quiet and pretty private). Gary was also super helpful and responsive so you are in good hands here. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay for a short or long period of time in this area!'

'Host lives on-site in a cottage facing yours and watches everything you do (the listing does not state this); felt creepy and invasive because you assume you’ll have some privacy or seclusion from host. When we got there, the host Mark told us there was no AC on the property as “the listing states”. I informed him that the listing didn’t state that anywhere. We never would have booked it if we knew there was no AC, as myself and my husband both have health conditions that require air...

'This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!'
