'The house was very spacious, bright, lots of windows which provided lots of natural light. the garage fit two cars and allowed for two others in the driveway. The couch is large enough for six of us to chill, relax and watch a good movie after a day of shopping in Portsmouth. The bedroom rugs are stained and probably should be replaced but the few stains didn't distract from the rest of the house. The beach was gorgeous which is about a 5 minute walk. 'The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc'

'A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! 'Was looking for a place to enjoy a few quiet/restful days off, and found exactly that! The property is perfect for a small group of 2-3 or a solo traveler! The home is exactly as despicted in the photos; it was impeccably clean w/plenty of accommodations (wifi/smart tv/kitchen appliances and untensils/laundry etc) neighborhhod was quaint and safe, perfect for walking my dog whom I brought along on this trip.
