'Had to wait a long time to check in bc there was a long line. Eventually another gal came to help check people in. Room was large and nice. Carpeting is older and right outside of bathroom by bathroom sinks which is a little gross. Mattress was soft but pretty comfortable. Room was very clean. Ate at restaurant, very good food and great service. Also had drink at bar at night. Nice bartender. Continental breakfast is very good for a continental. They gave more than what I was expecting....

'Very clean rooms and friendly staff, but I only have three complaints. First, the beds were not queen size beds. More like twin. Second, when I looked up the hotel and it stated it served breakfast it would have been better to put continental breakfast. And last, my aunt left her belongings on the bed due to her health issues. 'It was my first time booking at a BW & the staff was so polite and friendly '

'Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. '

'It was far from downtown and the price was a little high for an old hotel. Continental breakfast was included in their ads at expedia but was told they dont serve breakfast anymore because of COVID, it was a false advertisement. Thought the reason why the place was pricy was because of the breakfast but since there was none, they should have lower the price. The room smells old but it was clean. The spread sheet looks old, very unpleasant to look at. '
