'Great location, beautiful property, immaculately clean and fresh, well-stocked kitchen. Great communication from hosts. Only suggestions for improvement would be a gate at the top of the stairs, blackout curtains in the front bedroom that go to the ceiling, additional lighting in bathroooms for makeup application.'

'The house was located near the concert venue we planned on going to. The smart tvs were very useful for nights where we would watch shows together. There was a bag of popcorn and some beverages left in the fridge with a sweet note. Overall a wonderful place with great ammenities.'

'I was hesitant regarding the older area, but this house was wonderful. Clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the stay. I will provide a warning for those who have problems with fragrances, there was a strong citrus smell from cleaning however, 30 minutes with the windows open and it was completely gone. The floors are also very squeaky if you have light sleepers, but didn’t bother us at all. The neighbors were friendly to say hello in passing and we weren’t worried about vehicles....

'This house is perfect for a stay in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and had just the right amount of space for our family of three while visiting our daughter there. And the location was perfect for walking to eat and shop downtown.'

'Our host were very welcoming and kind! We throughly enjoyed our month long stay during the winter. During a snow storm our hosts even shoveled a path to our car and cleaned the snow off the car as well! The property is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts even allowed us to use our grill on their patio. We knew in advance there was not a kitchen sink or stove but the inconvenience didn’t bother us too much. To get around the issue we put a small drain board and dish rack next to the bathroom...

'Our family of four (2 adults and 2 HS age teens) had a great stay at the cottage. We were visiting Colorado College for our older son but this ended up being so much more than a college visit trip! The location of the cottage is in perfect for eating out, nice walks and hopping onto the highway to go visit the garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. The accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it!'
