We are so grateful for our stay here and cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and our host. We stayed here for an extended period while our son was in Colorado Springs, undergoing surgeries and beginning recovery from a serious injury.From the moment we arrived, the home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a longer stay. You can tell how much care and pride go into maintaining it. The layout was wonderful as well—the master suite with its own sitting area & fireplace is perfect for families who want space to spread out or for multiple couples staying together. After long days at the hospital, it was such a comfort to return to a warm and welcoming space.Our host truly went above and beyond anything we expected. She checked in on us with genuine thoughtfulness while also respecting our privacy. She seemed to sense when we were open to more personal support and when we needed quiet space, and handled that balance so gracefully. She even went out of her way to purchase a ramp for the front steps so our son could access the home in his wheelchair, which meant so much to us.The house and location were perfect, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Hosts like Brie are the reason VRBO stays feel so special. Her thoughtfulness made a difficult time much easier, and we will always appreciate the difference this stay made.Anyone visiting Colorado Springs will be lucky to stay here—we certainly feel grateful to have done so.
