'The location of this property sits along the Pacific Ocean and provides generous ocean vistas. A delicious Mexican breakfast menu was included with our suite. I wish the hot water was available in our shower and that there was a thermostat in the room. It was a bit chilly in May at our last visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Las Rocas.'

'Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed matress was hard, air conditioner and ceiling fan were outdate and made a lot of noise. Water seeps through shower door causing a puddle in bathroom. Towels are old but dry very well. Restaurant and bartender were excellent. Ask for Francisco at the bar, he make excelent drinks.'

'We went down to Joe place as part of a company retreat. The place was perfect for us. The layout was great and the beach was pristine. The pool was great, and the communal spaces (like the Palapa area) really enhanced our experience. It also felt very safe with the patrol coming frequently. I (and everyone who came along) is looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.'

'First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. 'It was like staying in a dirty cave. Upon arriving we were offered a much, much better place. This place was five times the size of our dark cave. Also, this second place was extremely sunny and had an excellent view of the ocean. Felt this bait and switch tactic is commonplace by the property owners.'

'If you ever wondered what it would be like to live in a “Tiny house,” here’s your chance. Yes, it served its purpose for a quick get away and in need of a place to stay/sleep and explore the surroundings.
