'This was the greatest birthday experience. Our concierge during our stay was Francia, and she did not disappoint. We were a large group of 17 people and she was very helpful in setting up dinner reservations for all of us and appointments at the spa. She even remembered my birthday and had room service place a cake in our room for me. We all stayed at the “adults only” side, which I will say was beautiful and quiet. 'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
