The resort was beautiful! Elvin our butler was absolutely amazing, and did the best he could within everything he had control of. That’s about all the good I have to say! Upon booking the room (diamond lounge) we were told there was a $600 credit. We never received that, when asked about it (at the time of check out) I was told that we should have requested it DURING check in. This was our first time at the resort so I had NO knowledge of this. The food everywhere was terrible. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We tried to play it safe and order cheeseburgers, those came out undercooked( that’s wasn’t requested). Almost similar to blue raw! The resort was out of lettuce the 3/5 nights we stayed there. We couldn’t even order a simple salad. The entertainment on the resort was boring, compared to other resorts on that level. Our first room smelled of old water, the shower had clear evidence of a previous water leak, the tv was also broken. We were upgraded to a swim out suite after reporting these things to Elvin, that room ceiling fan was broken it sounded as if it would fall when turning it on. The tv in that room was also broken. By broken I mean the tv would freeze so we would have to turn it off and back on and then it would do the same thing. I’m not sure if we would return to that resort at this moment.
