'fun little place for sure would stay there again'

'I chose this property because of the great reviews. The amenities offered for my children and grandchildren were also important in my decision. Upon rental and before we arrived prompt communication with the owner was very much appreciated. Instructions for home entry, parking, etc were very clear. This house is in a beautiful, quiet community. There was plenty of room inside this large house. 'Great place with a great location for fishing on Lake Fork. Private dock and boat ramp is a major bonus. Huge house very well maintained, clean, and everything you need.'

'Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside.'

'The place was immaculate! We had everything that we needed. The fishing was dismal. You really need a boat to catch fish on this lake otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also this place is close to Walmart and restaurants which is a plus!'

'This home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We had three families at this home and never felt crowded. Loved all the places on the deck but mostly stayed under the covered area gathered watching grands and TV. It was so peaceful, could not have asked for a better place to gather for my 60th birthday.
