We (group of 5 parents) took some teenagers for a fun weekend at the lake and the setup of this house was perfect with 2 living areas and plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend for a large group.

Wall Family

We had a great time at this rental. The accommodation was great, and served our family well. We caught lots of fish at the dock and enjoyed time on the lake with our boats. Would stay here again.

Lake Fork fishing trip

7 guys enjoyed your property during a long weekend fishing trip at Lake Fork. We really appreciated the layout of the property. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. The beds were big and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back patio enjoying the fire pit at night.We will definitely look to book this property again next year.

Buddies fishing trip

The house had more than enough space for our group of guys that came together for a fishing trip. The dock was a good place to sit and unwind while having a hook in the water. The location was great!

Large & Beautiful Cabin

This cabin had more than enough room for our large family. It was so spacious and beautiful. It’s located on a quiet dead end road. The pier was amazing & we caught so many fish! We would definitely stay here again.

Last minute family trip. Owner isnvery helpful and location is perfect. Zip line, trampoline and boat dock to swim is the kids favorite.

A lot of extras

Property as described/pictured. Accommodated 12 of us easily. A lot to do here, too many amenities to take advantage of! Pool table, game room, media room with karaoke! Used outdoor firepit (very nice). You gotta try the zip line too. Will stay here again if in the area.

The house was nice and the location was great on the lake. but the place needs some renovation and cleaning. There was trash underneath the couch upstairs, the couch down stairs need to be replaced. Over the house was nice just needs some upkeep.

Cool house for a large group. Lots of beds. Right on the lake with a good location. Only complaint was tries to reach property manager about a couple different things (arriving early and possibly adding an extra night) and never responded. Property itself needs a little TLC. Just tightening some plumbing fixtures and changing some switches so they work. Clean property. Would definitely stay again

Lakefork Yantis vacation

This is a fun location on the water. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, as well as using the dock for our boat. Nice outdoor space, with lots of room for the kids to play and have fun on the trampoline, and the zip line, as well as swimming, and paddleboarding. The house was comfortable, and meet our needs. Comfortable beds, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. The owner was accommodating to our early check in request. Tommy was very responsive to any questions we had upon arrival, and during our stay. This was a family reunion for us, and it was a great place for us to celebrate being together again!

Great for kids

We had a blast at this rental!! We stayed for 3 nighrs and the kids stayed busy!!Everything was great and accomodating except the neighbors they were quite unpleasant and very rude! Def a great place to stay to unwind of you don't mind the rude people!!

July 4th Fun

We rented this home over July 4th. We had kids of all ages. The zipline and multiple game tables were a huge hit!! There was plenty of space for all of us!! The communication with the property manager was fantastic. We will definitely rent this house again:)

This was my family's second time visiting this property. Property needs landscaping and needs to be sprayed for insects real bad. The inside of the home needs updating.

Great Property

The property is in a great location, not far from Walmart and all stores. The views from the property are great! Our kids loved the zipline and fishing right off the dock. The house was equipped with everything we needed. There were a few items that made our stay not so comfortable, the webs (inside and outside) which made sitting outside limited and the overall cleanliness of the inside of the house. We quickly understood the outside webs when the spiders took over a car seat we accidentally left out overnight. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Overall, the property could use some tlc but we still made the best of our stay.

Lake fork stay

Overall the house and outside rooms were awesome. We especially enjoyed the fishing from the dock, where the catfish were plentiful. The only reason I wouldn’t rate the property a 5 was because of the yard needing mowed. I actually spoke with the man mowing next door and had him mow a patch from the house to the dock so we wouldn’t be walking in high grass. The flower beds also needed some love but overall we had a fabulous time.

We were super excited to find a house large enough for our family vacation. The state the house is in is definitely not as advertised. Air hockey table does not work / have pucks, trampoline is broken, there is no volley ball net. The theater room / karaoke does not connect/ no remotes. Trash left in theater room from previous renters. The ceiling is falling down in spare room. The inside of the house was mostly bug free but we had to clean sheets / dishes before use. Black mold / mildew in 2 bathroom showers. The upstairs kitchen is NOT stocked with any cooking supplies. The dock has a support beam thats rotten, rotten boards along the walk way. Light / fans don’t work in some of the house. The yard is unkept. bugs / spiders have infested EVERYTHING outside. I couldn’t open the from door without spiders raining down on day 1. There are dead bugs splattered on various walls and the kitchen ceiling directly above the table. No trash bags were placed in the bathroom trash cans. There is old food left in the kitchen cabinets. The upstairs hallway smells like urine. The back door doesn’t open half the time. Trash was left around the porch / house from previous renters. I wish I had read the reviews to this place better prior to booking. It’s doesn’t seem like they have fixed any of the issues that have been raised in the last 2 years. We had some people drive in from 6 hours away and had too many pails to find another booking last min or we would’ve left.

Thanksgiving

My family rented this house for Thanksgiving. The information on this property said 2 fully stocked kitchens which was a joke! There weren’t any knives, mixing bowls, or bakeware. Paper products were supposed to be provided but they only left half full rows on the holders but nothings to replenish with. The house was beautiful but so dusty and so many insects.

Property was super clean inside but filthy outside. No batteries for the advertised karaoke system, limited toiletries, broken metal chairs on the dock, no Trash bags (no bags in the cans), broken fishing gear, broken lawn chairs, broken and filthy air hockey machine, no pucks for the air hockey, loose faucets and broken shower doors etc. The dock is in serious disrepair and is dangerous. The location is beautiful, but this property has been neglected for a long time. The separate “cabin” is a converted shed and smells like rodent urine. We chose not to use it. Overall we had a good time and the house comfortably slept 15 of us and was clean. The location is secluded and beautiful. I just wish they would update the property buildings and dock. Overall I would recommend if you don’t mind a little rustic-ness.

Very spacious

The house itself is very pretty and had plenty of room for all of us. It needs some upgrades (like the couches). We couldn’t find pot holders in either kitchen and there wasn’t enough towels to have to use them for everything. The zip line needs to have some sort of braking mechanism. The spring on it was not strong enough to stop anyone. The bunk room had a sewage smell that would linger through the whole house. Overall if these small things could be fixed, it’s an amazing house. We loved that it was waterfront and had plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

Great experience!

This property had a little something for everyone. Between the technology, the recreation, and the lake, it was beautiful and fun. We had some challenges with fans and lights and remotes that weren’t properly programmed, so we could only have the fan on if the lights were on in the upstairs bedrooms. And in general, the upstairs was too hot, not cooling off even when we turned down the thermostat. We also had to go to Walmart to buy a few of the table games pieces, but the owner paid me back and was highly responsive. So again, overall good experience.

Property

Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside.
