'I think this was my best hotel stay outside of a super fancy resort. Things were run so well. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, & welcoming. It was immaculately clean, perfectly maintained, it looked brand new even though it wasn’t. The breakfast was fantastic. There was even someone checking the temps of the hot foods & keeping a log to be sure they were warm enough & safe. I almost booked somewhere else cheaper, but the price was worth it for the huge rooms, great facilities, &...

'it appears that junior staff managing the front desk need a better understanding of why the hotel has policies in place, not just what those policies are. The hotel grounds were clean and everything was nice but the hot tub was in deplorable condition. So very dirty and smelly. I wish that was as clean as the rest of the place.'

'Townplace suites was a nice motel. However I learned an important lesson from this overall experience. I will never use Expedia again nor would I recommend anyone else use their service. '
