'it appears that junior staff managing the front desk need a better understanding of why the hotel has policies in place, not just what those policies are. The hotel grounds were clean and everything was nice but the hot tub was in deplorable condition. So very dirty and smelly. I wish that was as clean as the rest of the place.'

'Townplace suites was a nice motel. However I learned an important lesson from this overall experience. I will never use Expedia again nor would I recommend anyone else use their service. '

'The bed was uncomfortable, room was very small. TV only had fox News. Juice at breakfast tasted rancid and breakfast was a joke. always people outside smoking. And parking lot was built backwards. '
