'The pictures do not do this property justice. Aside from the inside of the home being super clean with plenty of room for 3 middle aged women, the property and neighborhood are very beautiful. It is just a short drive from the city and you feel like you are in a completely different world. Very quite and relaxing. Owner was very responsive when we could not figure out the thermostat. Be sure to have breakfast at the little country store down the street. You won't regret it!!'

'The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside.'

'House is perfect location for bars, restaurants, shopping and walking trails. The house was cute and clean. Jessica was very accommodating. If I had one thing I would recommend, it would be to have a bottle of water or two in the fridge. Other than that, would stay here again!'

'De kamer was in zeer slechte staat. In de eerste kamer was het toilet verstopt en in beide kamers was er geen ventilatie. We moesten de deur naar de gang open zetten als we gedoucht hadden. Condens hing in de badkamer aan het plafond en druppelde naar beneden. Deze druppels hadden een bruinige kleur omdat het plafond ook niet helemaal schoon was. Dit wil je niet op je krijgen laat staan hoe ongezond het is als er geen werkende ventilatie aanwezig is. De locatie van het hotel is op een bedrijven...

'Prachtig hotel, mooi zwembad, prima kamers. In directe omgeving is niet veel te doen. Jammer van alle bijkomende kosten bij een toch al prijzige kamer.'
