'My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The rental gave us everything we could possibly need while living away from home for a few days. It was also located within minutes of downtown, with stores available nearby for all our needs.'

'We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings,...

'The property was big and spacious and in a great area, walking distance from a lot. It was obvious the cleaning job was rushed. Trash was left in corners of he home. It seemed the rooftop level had not been looked at or cleaned at all. Check in instructions were not given and I had to wait a couple hours before the property owner was able to respond so that I could enter the property.'

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'De kamer was in zeer slechte staat. In de eerste kamer was het toilet verstopt en in beide kamers was er geen ventilatie. We moesten de deur naar de gang open zetten als we gedoucht hadden. Condens hing in de badkamer aan het plafond en druppelde naar beneden. Deze druppels hadden een bruinige kleur omdat het plafond ook niet helemaal schoon was.
