'This property was just the right size for our quick little weekend getaway. While it was just a private bedroom and bath, we didn't need much more. It was clean, private and close to the pool and walking distance to Captain Pete's for dinner. Barbara was very good at communicating with us the entire time.'

The community space is in the middle, with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the house. Everything worked, which almost never happens in a VRBO. I would absolutely recommend it and rent again.'

'Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'My husband and I hosted our friends from Alabama. The house is warm, open, and spacious. We loved the quirky wall art! The kitchen and living room space was perfect for cooking and hanging out, especially with the huge sectional couch. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, spices, etc. We really enjoyed the pool because it is HOT in Austin. We were minutes from S Lamar and S Congress. We appreciated the garage parking as well.'

'This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!'

'The house itself was great. Architecturally wonderful with a great pool and view. We would rebook it 100%. A few small issues that I hope the management fixes: 1. When we got there, there was a beer bottle cap and a few small pieces of glass on the pool deck. 2. Pool was littered with dead and live bugs (not the world’s biggest deal as we spent 10 minutes cleaning it out, but listing said pool was cleaned every Friday and we checked in on a Friday). 3.
