THE DAKOTA MOUNTAIN RETREAT: Inside this spacious 7BR home, you can curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to enjoy a good book or your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Home chefs will enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Four barstools are placed at the kitchen bar top and a dining table offers additional seating for 8. Just across the kitchen, is a formal dining room with seating for 12 people.

ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: While this home accommodates up to 20 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 20 total guests) to confirm your booking.



POOL HEAT FEE: The pool can be heated to 85 degrees and there is an additional fee of $200/day (plus tax).



PLEASE NOTE: Disruptive party groups are not permitted. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
