'Rose Ann and Duane were wonderful. They are great people and were very accomodating to my late schedule. Rose Ann was very gracious in getting up at whatever time i needed to cook me breakfast. The little dogs Karina and Luca were a pleasure, always happy and excited to see you. The room was great, comfortable and clean. And the property was nice to walk around. I am looking forward to my next stay. Wonderful people.'

'I initially did not read the listing and didn't realize this was a room in a home. I was very apprehensive as I have never shared a space like this before. Nadine welcomed me so warmly and made me feel comfortable in a matter of minutes. She is such a kind and gracious host! The property is stunning, the room was so comfortable and the bed was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back! Thank you to Nadine and Nellie! We had a great time!'

'I booked a night for my parent’s 56th anniversary. The management was amazing in helping iron out logistics to make their trip special. My mom called immediately to tell me how amazing and beautiful it was and then again in the morning to tell me how relaxing, clean, and comfortable the room was. They had a wonderful stay. "“Please be friendly to the ones that showed up” Imaging paying $100+ per night and this is the first thing you see walking in. Overall this hotel felt dirty, smelled weird and you hear people walk the hallway all the time (earplugs are necessary!). Worst of all is the uninterested clerk when I called them, I left something in my room and after contacting them (only by phone, there is no email address) he was just completely unfriendly and was just being silent. Just pay a little more and stay in another hotel in Rosenburg!"
