'This is a whole house with a big backyard for wildlife viewing. It is conveniently located to local sites; a 3-ring binder is provided in the house with information. This house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very warm and helpful. This is a 5 star location.'

'Everything was perfect. Clean with all the advertised amenities. Well stocked with everything we needed. Bring food to prepare meals, especially if staying off season. Me, my wife and another couple spent 2 nights here to visit crater lake (about an hour and 15 minutes drive). Location is very remote, so be prepared for that. We found it to be perfect. Place was like new Just a great cabin atmosphere. Loved it and would absolutely book if we make it back here!'

'The house was very clean and close to town. We were steelhead fishing so it was a central location for the North and South Umpqua rivers. There were plenty of amenities for preparing our meals. The game board collection and bath towel supply were added bonuses. We didn't use the washer and dryer but it was nice that laundry soap was provided if we needed to!'

'Perfect place to stay for a relaxing adventure. It's about 1 hour away from the Crater Lake Lodge and an easy drive. The house is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area by the river is covered so you can enjoy even when it's raining. Our only critique was that there was only one kitchen towel for use. I would suggest a few more for guests that like to cook and do not want to waste paper towels.'

'Our family had an amazing time staying here. We went hiking in Lithia Park, shopped in downtown Ashland, and saw plays. We were able to have a Passover Seder thanks to the well equipped kitchen and dining area. We had seven family members sleepover, and everybody slept Beautifully. The house has fun artwork and decorations and many pieces of furniture for storage. Next time we bring swimsuits to enjoy the hot tub.'

'Perfect stopping point on our Seattle to San Francisco drive with two big dogs. They loved having the yard to stretch their legs, and we loved the (ultra clean) well appointed house. We enjoyed relaxing in the family room, catching up on some work and watching a movie. So much better than a hotel. 'We highly recommend Mike and Mindy's spacious 2 bedroom property. They had the most thorough instructional manual we've ever seen, and additionally had clearly labeled drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom making it easy to find whatever we needed. We met the delightful Mindy out on her spacious grounds with her incredible dogs, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered back porch looking out at the trees and distant hills. Would definitely return!'

"“Please be friendly to the ones that showed up” Imaging paying $100+ per night and this is the first thing you see walking in. Overall this hotel felt dirty, smelled weird and you hear people walk the hallway all the time (earplugs are necessary!). Worst of all is the uninterested clerk when I called them, I left something in my room and after contacting them (only by phone, there is no email address) he was just completely unfriendly and was just being silent. Just pay a little more and stay in another hotel in Rosenburg!"
