'Overall, we had a good stay. Overall, the condo was nice but it’s starting to show its age a little bit. everything was functional. The bed felt either a little worn or way on the soft side. One hinge came apart in the kitchen during our stay.. But we fix that ourselves'

'Kim was great. Great communication,bright beautiful place in a wonderful gated community. Kim allowed us early entry as accomodations were cleaned earlier than expected. Have told her of our larger group coming next year and she has already given us suggestions for that. 'The unit was very clean, spotless to be exact which is very important. It was actually nicer than I expected. I walk every day and the subdivision was very nice and I felt very safe. The initial code that we received to get into the unit did not work so I had to call and have it reset and they were very nice and very helpful. An overall good experience we would stay there again!'

'We had a wonderful stay in this Alice in Wonderland decorated one bedroom condo. Doug was an awesome host who oriented us to both the unit and the resort. Everything we needed was there and the unit was extremely clean and well furnished. We will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.'

'I enjoyed the location of this place. It's dated, and I would have appreciated mattress pads on the beds and TLC on the outside. However, the location makes up for everything: easy access to everything and an excellent place for walks, on or off-site. I felt safe, and that is important to me.'

'Two of us were staying for a week to get treatment at Moffitt in Wesley Chapel. It was never more than a 10-15 minute drive any time of day and everything you could want was nearby. Stair/step free access to the apartment was a huge plus. And while parking isn’t assigned, we never had any difficulties parking right out front. Despite the bustling nature of the complex, lots of young families, the apartment itself was one of the quietest I’ve ever stayed in. It was remarkable. The apartment was...

'The home felt home with plenty of room. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was identical to the listing which is very key to my requirements. The neighborhood was very nice. The home was close to a grocery store, easy access to the event place and shopping. I will look no further into any other place to stay when in this area. Love the place and our host was fabalous.
