'The home felt home with plenty of room. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was identical to the listing which is very key to my requirements. The neighborhood was very nice. The home was close to a grocery store, easy access to the event place and shopping. I will look no further into any other place to stay when in this area. Love the place and our host was fabalous. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'Stayed for a month. Enjoyed the animals, had a couple cows get loose and chased them back in/had a fun time doing it! Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Fished Triangle lake and caught some bass. So, not a hyatt folks, don't go expecting one! Fun spot though and I expect to go again! I have to mention I had cancelled a year earlier due to illness and Charles gave me entire amount back! He is a good one, so treat him well!'

'Stayed at this beautiful place for a few days with my family, we were visiting for a wedding. It was an amazing stay, peaceful and quiet. Townhome was just as pictured, nice and clean. And we had a great view of the surrounding area and golf course. My family an I fell in love with the place. Would definitely recommend.'

'The property was very easy to locate! Ricardo was most accommodating answered questions very timely. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the TV although Ricardo did try to solve the problem we were never able to use it. Ricardo controls the temperature and we had to finally have him turn off the AC as it was freezing in the unit. Area between the 2 bedrooms could use a lamp for more light and a grab bar in the shower would be nice. The location was very convenient to our daughter...

'Could be cleaner.Roach crawling on silverware.No ventilation in bathroom.We were very warm because so called cooling system did not cool place hardly at all.We we’re miserable and could not wait to leave.Did not like well water cause no filter.pillows were terrible and ones on couch area dirty.'

We found hair in a few places, rags/sponges that were not brand new and appliances/walls in kitchen had not been wiped or scrubbed down. We didn’t do any cooking so this was somewhat acceptable for our stay. I appreciated that the owner left us containers of Clorox wipes so we used those to wipe down counters. It is a quiet duplex in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our extended stay and think, with a few improvements, it would be a great rental. Krystyna was always very reachable and responded quickly, both before and during our visit. She knew all the quirks of the appliances and was very accommodating...

'IF YOU LIKE QUIET AND TRANQUILITY THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO. THE HOUSE IS ROOMY, AND HAS ALL THE MIscellaneous things you need for a stay. It is truly picture perfect and we loved waking in the morning to birds singng and beautiful surroundings. It was like staying in the country side but with all Shopping Malls just minutes away. I am looking forwad to our next stay.'

'We stayed for a week at the end of December. The house was very nice and updated. The pool was heated which was great because there was some cooler days while we were there. The location to restaurant and grocery stores was nice. The neighborhood was okay but seemed a bit run down but we had no issues with anyone during our stay.
