Host clearly cared about guests having everything needed for a good stay. Well stocked and clear instructions, Particularly loved the pool patio area with the view of the lake, even though we weren’t hardy enough to use the pool in the cold air.

This home was much more spacious and comfortable than expected. All furnishings were functional and comfortable. We loved the bird sanctuary view and watching the natural surroundings. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Sadly, 2 of us got food poisoning and missed most of the activities we had planned but this home made it much more bearable because it was so comfortable. We cooked a few meals easily and even made sourdough bread during our stay. We were able to accommodate seating for local family members to visit and genuinely enjoyed the ambiance. Our only gripe is that the pool was not heated prior to our stay and there were no instructions on how to turn it on. The pool is the primary reason we chose this home so that part was disappointing. We did not reach out to the host about it so I'm not sure if it could have been resolved. All in all, great place to stay!

Clean Comfortable Relaxing House

The floor plan provides areas that provide separation if wanted. The rooms are well furnished and maintained. There are numerous TVs and well equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor scenery just adds to the atmosphere. We’d return without hesitation. Calvin very responsive.

We came to play in a hockey tournament. Cal was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is gorgeous and well laid out. The neighborhood felt very welcoming and safe. We really enjoyed watching the birds come and go in the sanctuary. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Great location to get away

We enjoyed the house, all the included little touches, the pool, the fishing, and photographing the birds coming in in the evening and flying out just at sunrise. Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Great communication with owner Calvin got little problems fixed as soon as we let him know. We have booked again (3rd time)
