'We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top.'

'Stayed here with my mom and sister. We had a lovely time. Only issue was that there was a horrible smell in the lobby for a few days, maybe from someone getting sick. Also, our tub drain was clogged. Other than that, stay was lovely!'

'Hotel is beautiful- main pool area is stunning! Staff was very helpful and went out of their way at every opportunity. Great location, several great restaurants within walking distance. Our room was immaculate, spacious, king size bed facing a stunning ocean view. Cannot say enough about this place! Highly recommend!!'

'Deben reparar un problema que tienen de goteras de los aires acondicionados, ya que es molesto y no deja dormir el sonido en la ventana, deben mejorar el cuidado de los recursos naturales, los grifos de agua tienen demasiada presión, cuando hacen la limpieza dejan todas las luces de la habitación encendidas, el aire acondicionado lo mantienen a una temperatura demasiado baja lo cual no es amigable con el medio ambiente'

'a reasonable hotel with this price in a place like puerto rico. it is next to beach (about 100 meter). You need to take a taxi (10 minutes and 15$) to get to old san juan. So if you are for sight seeing than, the find something in the old san juan but for beach fun location of this hotel is good.'
