'Spacious 4 bedroom home visited for a short stay with family and friends. Location is central to Santa Clara. It could use better cleaning service. TV was too small. There were not enough cups and silverware for kitchen. Host is very responsive and helpful.'

'Photos are very accurate, in person up close the furniture is worn (chairs sink in, lots of dings and water rings on dark colored tables, pillows older). I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness due to overhead vents are caked with dust, kitchen Shark vacuum had sticky hardened liquid on it (however it worked great), kitchen garbage can foot petal is broken (lid has to opened with hand each time you use it). We had planned on using the oven to bake cookies for our daughter’s wedding, but were unable...

'This home provides a great place for a family to stay comfortably. The open concept living area includes comfortable furniture, a cute dining table and a kitchen which is spacious enough for meal prep. Appliances are new and kitchen prep basics (knives, few pots, etc) are present. Note: front bedroom has 2 steps down and 2 steps up to adjoining bathroom; rest of house is without stairs. Beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. I was a bit puzzled by the additional (long) contract that...

'We visited Santa Clara University also made a day trip to Pebble Beach during our quick trip. This location and place was perfect. The house was very clean, nice and comfortable for our family of 5 and close to restaurants and shopping (Santana Row). The owners are very thoughtful. The home had coffee, snacks, bottles of waters, games and there were no issues with parking.'

'Problems with flushing toilet, loose seal on refrigerator/spoiled food, very noisy air conditioner. Had to re-wash most of the dishes & utensils left in the dish drain, greasy stove burners. Check-in process was dicey; required several tries each time getting door to unlock. Also there is one picture on the Vrbo website that turned out to be obviously from some other suite, showing a view out a sliding glass window onto an inviting-looking patio.'
