Prachtig geheel huis in het hart van Silicon Valley

Samenvatting:
In een veilige buurt en achter ons hoofdhuis met totale privacy en los van ons, ligt dit nieuwe huis in het hart van Silicon Valley, dicht bij het Santa Clara Conversion Center, Levi's Stadium, Great America, Mission College en veel Hi-tech bedrijven. Je zult houden van mijn plek vanwege de 2 badkamers, comfortabele bedden, gezelligheid, een volledige keuken met nieuwe apparatuur, wasruimte met nieuwe wasmachine en droger, zeer schoon. Mijn plek is goed voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakenreizigers en gezinnen.

De ruimte:
Dit zeer schone en ruime huis met 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers is een tweede unit achter ons hoofdgebouw. Het is vrijstaand en volledig gescheiden van ons, dus je hebt volledige privacy. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers (1 grote slaapkamer), 2 badkamers, een woonkamer en een keuken. Een queen bed in de slaapkamer en een queensize bed in de 2e slaapkamer. De woonkamer heeft een futon bank die gemakkelijk kan worden uitgeklapt tot een comfortabel bed. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met nieuwe apparatuur, kookgerei, gerechten en eenvoudige kooksauzen. De wasruimte heeft een nieuwe wasmachine en droger met wasmiddel. Lakens en handdoeken zijn altijd schoon en fris bij aankomst. Hele huis is laminaire vloer, niet roken of huisdier toegestaan. Dit huis biedt werkelijk vrijwel alles wat een reiziger nodig heeft.

De buurt:
Rustige, veilige, gezinsvriendelijke wijk in het hart van Silicon Valley. Veel hi-tech bedrijven zijn in de buurt. Op loopafstand van 49ers Stadium, Great America en Mission College. Ja, Levi's Stadium ligt letterlijk naast onze achtertuin :). U hoeft zich echter geen zorgen te maken over het lawaai van het stadion omdat de meeste evenementen vóór 22.00 uur eindigen en u tijdens de evenementen het geluid niet meer hoort als u de deuren en ramen sluit.

Op loopafstand van treinen en bussen. 5 mijl van San Jose International Airport, en 30 mijl van San Francisco International Airport. Parkeren is toegestaan op onze oprit. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat in de buurt van ons huis ook.

Perfect for 49ers games

Short walk to Levi’s stadium and California’s great America! The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The hosts were very helpful with directions and local recommendations. Super accommodating as well. If I go to another event at Levi’s stadium I would 100% come here again.

This property sits behind the hosts' house within their impressive and well-tended fruit garden. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen well-sized, and all was very clean. The hosts offered us fresh fruit from the garden, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and engaging conversation. Highly recommend.

What a Treat!

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 teenage boys. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, so having this house, with easy access, and plenty of room, served as a great home base. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the amusement park was, so spent a half day there! The kitchen is well stocked, which is nice for those of us who like to cook when on vacation. One of the members of the main house was also incredibly friendly, and helpful, and even shared in the bounty of their amazing garden! We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

So very pleasant!

The house was extremely clean and orderly. The homeowner was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations that we needed. His vegetable garden was a delight to see each morning and evening when we left and returned. I highly recommend.

Very nice but not what i expected

This is a mother-in-law house in the backyard of a main home. There is no private entrance and they request you speak with them before you are able to enter the property, so no self check-in. The entrance to the home is right next to the back door of the main home. The owners are amazing and sweet, but they stay in the main house and tend to their garden throughout the whole stay. I was expecting more privacy with the way the house is photographed and posted. Overall the stay was amazing, though i wished we had more privacy.

Great location for our planned activities and the house was perfect for our needs.

The hosts are very hospitable and gave us some tips on places to visit/things to do in the area that we were not aware of prior to our trip. The house fit our needs perfectly with a well supplied kitchen, full sized appliances, and washer and dryer. All the amenities we needed were supplied including sunscreen! Nice quiet neighborhood and walkable to Great America and Levi Stadium. Very clean and well maintained.

It was a nice place within walking distance of the 49er stadium. Easy parking, nice place. There was no general location to relax outside the bedrooms except for the combined living room/kitchen location, which had a TV. We watched a movie in the provided roller chairs. The owners lived in the main house and had multiple back houses like ours which they rented out. So it was strange to see multiple people walking in and out of the property, but we had our own secure, locked place. The couch bed is terrible as a bed in that you can feel a steel bar in your back if you laid down on it. My friend put a pillow where the bar was in order to sleep. But the owners were nice and gave us advice on where to go to eat within walking distance.

We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood was residential and appeared safe. You can see the Levis stadium from the house but that was not a factor for us either way. Lots of plants on the premises which we enjoyed. Linens were good quality. We were very comfortable, the price was reasonable and we would come again. The owner was friendly, efficient, helpful and not obtrusive.

This is the perfect stay when you are planning on attending an event at the stadium. It is super close and a very nice walk to the stadium. This house has an excellent location that was a convenient drive to all the activities I had planned with family for the weekend. It was great to have two bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each since I stayed here with my brother. It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in and the owner was friendly while not being overly intrusive. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

I had a fantastic stay with my friends and family. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was very cozy, had a working AC and heater, fully supplied kitchen for cooking, a laundry room, a corner mounted TV and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms were also clean, had plenty of closet space, a big comfortable bed and even had a desk. I also appreciated that there were 2 bathrooms so we didn't have to share. The host was also very accommodating and communicative and provided an easy check-in process. I also appreciated that the rules were posted at the entrance and what to expect. The place did have ants, so we had to be careful about containing our food and leaving it in the fridge. Overall, my family, friends and I had an amazing experience. It felt like home and I would definitely book again in the near future!
