'This house couldn't have been any nicer! Everything was super clean and there was plenty of space for all of our guests! Another huge plus was having a bathroom for every bedroom. That made it easy for everyone to get ready and have some privacy. The pool and hot tub was a super bonus as well! We have stayed in several places in 30A and this is the nicest one yet! Definitely recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again next year!'

The golf cart made going back-and-forth to the beach so easy and the bikes were a fun feature- we enjoyed evening bike rides. 'This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix.'

'Quiet location with easy acres to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc. the house was large and accommodated my family with ease. The neighborhood was nice and the pool area was great with heated pool and gas fire pit. I would stay here again. We had an issue with the fridge not working when we checked in, but the management was quick to remedy it by providing a small fridge to store our groceries until the next day. I unplugged the fridge and that reset the electronics, so it worked just fine...

'The house was great and provided ample space for two families with 6 kids total. The only issue we had was with the space in garage. The listing makes it seem as though the garage is needed for the golf cart that comes with the listing and that is actually only partially accurate. The problem is the owners golf cart is also parked in the garage which does not allow much room to store your beach items. Parking wasn’t a big issue, we were able to find spots just across the street.'

'Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again.'

'House could not have been in a better location. Close to everything. The house itself was so quaint and cozy. Absolutely loved it. Had plenty of room. King size bed in master and other 2 bedrooms both had 2 double beds each which our teenagers appreciated. We made use of outdoor shower, gas grill and the bicycles provided. Entire family agreed that we would like to come back next time in Seaside.'

'This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone...
