'This property is a hidden gem! It was beautifully appointed and Jim was a fantastic host--very communicative, responsive, and generous. This property is close enough to Seaside to take advantage of the restaurants and activities but away from the noise, crowds, and chaos. It was the perfect hideaway for a beach vacation. 'We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!'

'Convenient location with parking. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs. If planning to use the Wi-Fi, be aware it is not reliable and is weak, especially in the evening. Lea indicated she pays extra to boost the Wi-Fi and that it doesn’t work well when the town is full with visitors.'

'very small, but it worked. The parking is a little tricky as it is difficult to get your car in without hitting the post. bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of white fluffy towels. SUPER close to walk to the beach!'

'The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!'

'This is an affordable option close Seaside. We booked last minute as chaperones to our daughter's soccer team spring break. The bed is a Murphy bed (folds down from the wall) and that was not clearly stated in the listing. The mattress was okay, not great. They did accept our pet, and the unit was clean, and everything worked except the TV. There was a cable box in the room, but it did not have active service. With wifi is DSL, and very slow. We also had intermitent outages. They sent someone...
