'The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The location was absolutely ideal and the home was clean and perfect for our girls weekend. 'The house was very nice. There were only a few minor details that could have been better. 1.) The pots/pans for cooking are absolutely worn out. There was only one big pot to boil water in and it was so dirty. Had to scour it to use it. We brought our own skillet from home so we were ok there. There are just a few measuring cups and no tablespoon/teaspoon measuring tools. 2.) Hill country property management said there were no BBQ grills on site. Completely false.
