'This place is great for couples! But while we were there it rained and water starting seeping thru the joints of the floor! The hot tub wasn’t clean and we were afraid to take the cover off afraid it would completely fall apart! When using the sink in the bathroom it smelled so strong like sewer water couldn’t even brush teeth! Reached out to the owner but never heard anything!'

'The house was beautiful, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, we encountered difficulties connecting to the Wi-Fi, which led to us using our personal hotspots. Unfortunately, this also meant we were unable to utilize the theater room as it required a Wi-Fi connection. While we were provided with instructions to try and resolve the Wi-Fi issues, we felt our visit was not intended for troubleshooting such problems. Additionally, we noticed that the decks were in need of power...

'The Great Escape was on point! From communication with host, ease of check in/out, property amenities and cleanliness, our experience here did not disappoint! Host was quick to respond to questions and requests. We were provided with plenty of linens, bathroom toiletries and kitchen supplies. The entertainment options were limitless. Would recommend to any large group with children of any age. Thanks for helping make our first trip to Tennessee a memorable one:)The Bretz Family'

'The property itself was great and the communication from the owners was top notch. There were a few little nuances that were annoying but did not detract from us having a great time. One was the outside lights which did not seem to have a switch and shined brightly into a few of the bedrooms. We looked for a switch multiple times but never found it. Overall, though, the property was gorgeous and we had a great time. '
