'This place was a great spot for us to stay while visiting family in Texas. Enjoyed the decks, kayaks, and paddle boat as well as the fire pit. Only negative is that with the hard water in the area you have to use a lot of bottled water and there isn't any recycling. Nothing that this place can help, but perhaps knowing that I can come better prepared if we were to stay here again. Owner was very communicative and thought of everything. Truly a lovely place.'

'Property perfectly suited our needs. Stayed over Christmas holiday visiting family that lived in the Cape. Comfortable beds, clean nicely decorated house, quiet street. Would definitely stay here again and would be my first choice in the Cape.'

The pool is not a block away, its a 14-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive, the beach, play area and dock are about 3 blocks away. Renters deserve to have the correct information when spending money to go on vacation. It was a great stay. The Beach and dock are wonderful!'

'Really liked this place. Wanted to get away for a few days so we rented this property because of the proximity to the lake. We decided to bring our boat down and thankfully the marina down the road allowed us easy access to the lake. Got some good fishing in. The house was clean and looked well taken care of. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Just an a great trip overall!'
