'A beautiful drive to a perfect location. The property is safe, private and very clean. Only 1/2 miles from Silver Falls State Park. It had so many thoughtful ammenities. The Host were very accommodating. Very comfy. Had WIIFI, TV, Movies. We used the Propane Grill to cook. Our stay was delightful and relaxing after a good hike. Stayed 3 nights at a great value.'

'The location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the main drag and walkable to everything in town. Easy off street parking right behind the unit. Incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and surprisingly quiet (even with the restaurant downstairs). Strong wifi signal made remote working easy. Would definitely stay again.'

'Visiting family for the holidays. This an upstairs apartment, well layed out, well furnished. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Just wished the freestanding gas fireplace was working but it did have central heat so no problem. Would stay here again.'

'This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.'

'This was a super easy place to stay in Salem. Parking was easy - and Angela had put together great instructions prior to our arrival. The location was wonderful and we had Isaac's coffee each morning as it was 2 doors down! We didn't have any issues with noise at night. I didn't know what a New York Loft meant - but I do now! This was super spacious - but you will be cozy as 2 of the bedroom spaces are out in the open - no closed rooms. I was only expecting one space to be out in the open. Again...

The trolley was super nice to have available so we did not have to drive everywhere. We enjoyed the quietness of being in our space with no one above or next to us like in a hotel. 'My husband & I stayed here for a birthday weekend get away. It was super convenient to so many wineries and close to many great restaurants too. The place was perfect for the two of us. 'This was the cutest little loft. Very modern. Clean. Close to many wineries and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. Would suggest wearing the ear plugs they provided because you can hear people in the loft next door and the music from the restaurant, but they help a ton!'

My only comment would be that parts of the neighborhood are visually run down but at no time did I ever feel unsafe.'

'We chose this place mainly because of location as we were attending a wedding at the Deepwood Museum. It was exactly what we expected, had everything we needed and was a great location for us. The unit was very clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. I received prompt responses from the host when I reached out. Do not judge from the outside appearance. The complex is old and may cause someone to hesitate but the unit was inviting and comfortable.'

'Definitely overkill with square footage of house for the wife and I. But the neighborhood was perfect. House was immaculately clean. Enough dishes and cookware to easily grab groceries and cook at the house. Grocery store is only 5 min away. Beautiful views from the deck. All in all perfect for us!'
