Suite met 1 slaapkamer op 1,5 hectare in Wine Country

Windrose Vakantiewoning is een een slaapkamer, 1. 5 badkamer suite met een woonkamer, kitchenette, zithoek en inloopkast. Het is gelegen in het lagere niveau van een 3500 vierkante voet Europese stijl huis. Het is perfect voor een stel dat het belangrijkste wijnland van Oregon bezoekt (meer dan 70 wijnhuizen binnen een straal van 8 km!), een centraal gelegen punt voor veel van de klassieke attracties van Oregon (Oregon Coast 1 uur rijden, Columbia River Gorge en wandelen 1,5 uur rijden, Mt. Hood 1. 5 uur rijden) of u wilt een paar van onze lokale 4-5 sterrenrestaurants ervaren. Uw suite kijkt uit op 1,5 hectare parkachtige omgeving met herten, eekhoorns, bevers en andere dieren in het wild. Het kijkt uit over een kreek en bosrijke omgeving en u kunt uw glas wijn nemen en het luspad naar de kreek lopen. Binnenin heb je tv, iPhone-station, zodat je je Pandora kunt aansluiten, een inloopkast, een kookplaat om te koken, een zithoek om te lezen, een eettafel en stoelen. Buiten heb je je eigen terras dat uitkijkt op de kloof die perfect is voor je glas wijn in de avond (na die wandeling langs het parcours). Het is privé, rustig en je voelt je alsof je in het land bent met niemand om je heen, maar je bent bijna op loopafstand van de stad.

Ouders van George Fox University - een plek nodig om te verblijven nadat je je student naar school hebt gebracht, of voor oudersweekend, afstuderen of na een voetbalwedstrijd? Dit is de perfecte plek en je zoon / dochter kan je hier komen bezoeken! GFU campus ligt op slechts 2 mijl afstand!

Je hebt je eigen prive-terras met een tafel en stoelen om te zitten en te genieten van het uitzicht. Windrose is ook een vergader- en evenementencentrum. Dus je kunt je bruiloft of familiereünie of Thanksgiving-diner hier houden met geliefden. Het is dichtbij en toch privé.

NIEUW!!!!! Windrose Vacation Rental is volledig bijgewerkt en opnieuw ingericht in maart 2016. Alle kamers zijn pas geverfd, alle nieuwe vloeren en vloerbedekking in alle kamers, nieuwe toiletten, nieuwe apparaten, nieuw kingsize bed, alles is bijna gloednieuw. Kom en ervaar de nieuwe Windrose!

Windrose in Newberg is a gem!

My husband and I loved our five night stay at the Windrose. Lynn is an excellent hostess with thoughtful and kind ways of providing an inviting, beautiful, and comfortable stay. She provided everything we needed and more. She communicated clearly, well, and promptly at all times. Visiting with her was a pleasure as well! The apartment has easy access and is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It's a quiet slice of country within the city. Wonderful! We were in town to meet the parents of our daughter's boyfriend and were delighted Windrose was only minutes from their home which made traveling back and forth quick and easy. We'll certainly stay at the Windrose again! Thank you for everything, Lynn!

Spoiled relaxation

Be prepared to be spoiled. We arrived to find goodies and a partially stocked refrigerator. Lynn, even made baked zucchini bread from her garden. Who does that, an excellent host who knows that even the smallest things matter! A very relaxing retreat.

Perfect Spot to Land

My husband and I had the pleasure to stay here to attend our daughter's wedding being held at a local winery. It is just perfect! Everything was comfortable and quiet. Wine tasting weekend

My husband & I stayed here for a birthday weekend get away. It was super convenient to so many wineries and close to many great restaurants too. The place was perfect for the two of us. It was nice & clean & the bed was comfortable. We would love to stay again & hopefully have better weather next time so we can enjoy the beautiful grounds.

Windrose was amazing!

We had sold our home and needed a place to stay for a month while we prepared to move to the east coast. Windrose not only met our need but exceeded expectations. Lynn is an amazing host who made sure every need we had was taken care of. The little cottage was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Fantastic and serene

The property is beautifully situated on a 1+ acre lot and magnificently landscaped and cared for. The location is perfect and close to all the best vineyards in the Willamette valley. The king sized bed is very comfy and we had everything we could ever need during our stay. The innkeeper Lynn and her sweet dog Abby were delightful and friendly. We will be back, thank you Lynn and Abby! Cannot recommend this home strongly enough.

From the reviews we read about the property, we had high expectations. They were exceeded! Lynn, the manager and owner, provided a property that was extremely comfortable and private. We felt like we were home—even better. We cannot recommend this place with anything other than outstanding. It was more than reasonably priced and exceptionally comfortable. We stayed for a full week, and we enjoyed every moment. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This property is a lovely retreat

I live locally and rented this property for a visiting relative. She enjoyed the private and serene location. The property is like a retreat with multiple sitting areas and lush garden areas with a walking trail. The Host (Lynn) was very helpful in identifying "go-to" locations such as wineries, restaurants, and local hotspots in the Willamette Valley area. The location is perfect for relaxing and was very clean and quiet. The property borders a wooded area and had a nice patio (with firepit) for winding down from a day's activities. We will definitely stay at Lynn's residence when back in the OR wine country.

Super nice host!

We checked in late (from a late plane trip) and, even though we asked Lynn if it would be ok (she said yes) she sweetly met us to show us a quick tour and to ask if we needed anything. We were in town to visit family and really only were there to sleep and have coffee in the morning (which she had provided along with some other treats). Winery Tours

Lynn is a fabulous hostess with a beautiful property in a perfect location for winery visits. The back patio is covered and totally private with a garden view, two comfortable chairs and a table. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
