'Het motel ademt de sfeer van de jaren 60. De kamer die wij hadden heeft uitzicht op het parkeerterrein en niet op zee. De kamer is donker met alleen een klein raam aan de voorkant. De kamer ruikt muf en de inrichting is oubollig met verouderde spullen. Er is echter wel veel. Je kunt er koken en er is bijvoorbeeld zelfs een blikopener.'

'We had a wonderful time and loved the house and beach. There was plenty of towels, cozy rooms, blankets and the windows opened to help a breeze come through on the hot days. One thing the shades in the master bedroom you can still see inside with the lights on. We loved the whole place. The sunsets were amazing! Thank you!'

My children and grandchildren loved every moment of our stay, making unforgettable memories. Highly recommend for a family-friendly coastal getaway!'

'House was beautiful and the elevator was a hit. You had anything you would need and more. The place isscattered with gorgeous antiques. The views from the upstairs balcony are of the ocean as well as lake. We had a total of 16 staying and you certainly didn't feel crowded Our host was a delight.'

'We loved this place! The house was spacious where everyone had private quarters as well as plenty of communal space for us. The view is incredible! If you don't feel like getting out, you can still watch the ocean while remaining cozy inside. However there is easy access to the beach and we all spent a lot of time walking along and appreciating the majesty of the ocean during sunrise and sunset!The area is within a short drive to golf courses and beautiful hikes. 'The location is breathtaking. Such a beautiful setting and perfect distance to enjoy the Pacific Ocean. The home was perfect for our large group and the upstairs bedrooms has a fantastic view of the ocean as did the downstairs living area. Would definitely stay again.'

'This is a wonderful little cottage! MaryJo was very communicative with all the details we needed. We brought our 2 pups with us. It was a little cramped with 4 adults and 2 dogs however we knew we would be. The yard was big and mostly fenced (it is open on the side if you have a pet that will run). The beds.....oh my the beds!! I slept so good and they were so very comfy! We even looked up the brand of the bed and are considering it for home! The beach entrance was 3 houses down, so nice easy...

'Booked this wonderful home last minute for a perfect mid week stay at the coast. The house is a great beach cabin and has an incredible view! The sunsets were incredible. The easy beach access was perfect for the young and the old kids. There were lots of board games to play and the house was stocked with most things we needed. The single bathroom was only a problem a few times. It was very convenient to get to groceries and we really loved the quiet community of Roads End. We hope to come back...

It has plenty of space, two bedrooms on the ground floor (which was important for us), and an incredible view out to the ocean.The hosts were amenable and very communicative. 'It was unkempt needs to be updated and freshened up and upon arrival to my room which was not what i ordered the door was wide open and it was 7 pm 2 women in a dungeon room and the door was open very scarey we put a overstuffed chair in front of the door for added security'

'It was a perfect weekend getaway with the perfect place to stay for our needs! We had our 12yr old boy with us and he slept on the single hide-a-chair. Other family stayed in two separate rooms and all were very happy with the outcome. "De kamers waren ruim en redelijk schoon. De voorzieningen (ontbijt, zwembad etc) waren vrij gedateerd en smoezelig. We konden vanaf 15.00 inchecken, maar waren er al om 14.15. De dame aan de balie zei dat ze wel vast kon checken, omdat ze dacht dat onze kamer al klaar was. We hebben haar hier hartelijk voor bedankt. Achteraf hebben ze hier €40,- voor gerekend, voor zogenaamde early check-in. Als ze het eerder hadden aangegeven, had ik er prima voor willen betalen. Echter werd het als gunst aangeboden, omdat onze kamer ‘toch al klaar was’. Er werd met geen woord gerept over extra kosten. Ook zagen we dit pas achteraf op de bon, nadat ze het al in rekening hadden gebracht op de creditcard. De omgeving rond het hotel was redelijk uitgestorven, met veel zwervers in de straten eromheen. Ik zou zelf een ander hotel in een andere buurt kiezen de volgende keer."
