'10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. '

'This is a great house for a large family or group of people. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space to hang out together. Beach access is just a short walk away. The hot tub is perfect to warm up after a day at the beach. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and would definitely recommend it.'

'The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. 'Finally, a house with a location to the beach as promised! We loved just heading out the front door to the mostly private beach and then spending the meals in the back patio grilling.'
